FOR THE PERFECT POST-DINNER SELF-INDULGENCE, TREAT YOURSELF TO THIS NON-ALCOHOLIC TWIST ON A IRISH COFFEE. 

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 80ml Whipped Cream

  • Onetai Milk & Mānuka Honey Spread

  • 85ml Espresso Coffee

METHOD:

  1. Whip 80ml cream until it peaks and gently stir in 10g of lightly heated Onetai Milk & Mānuka Honey Spread. 

  2. Heat up and drizzle another 10g of Onetai Milk & Mānuka Honey Spread inside a latte glass or coffee cup

  3. Pour 85ml of hot espresso into the glass/cup. 

  4. Top coffee with two spoonful’s of the whipped cream mixture. 

    PS. You can use any leftover whipped cream and Onetai Milk & Mānuka Honey Spread for scones, pancakes/crepes or as an extra to your dessert.
